We pride ourselves on our unique beef product, the Scottish Highland. The Scottish Highland is an ancient breed of cattle originating in Scotland. Unlike the newer GMO 'man-made' breeds of cattle that are focused to grow fast with highly chemical and fertilized pastures, our Highland Cattle thrive as grazers on grass pastures.

The Scottish Highlands are renowned for the thick hairy coat that enables them to stay warm and dry even in cold and wet weather. This thick layer of hair reduces the need for Highland cattle to develop additional fat. Their hair gives the beef a distinctive quality-lean, yet exceptionally juicy, flavorful, and tender.
