Has your meat ever been recalled/found to be unsafe to eat? No. Never.                                                                                                      

 

Is there somebody I could speak to and ask any questions I have? Absolutely. Customer service representatives are available from 7am-3pm Eastern. Please call our online customer service number 905-788-7878.

Do you offer Promotional codes or discount codes? Yes. The only way to activate your discount code is by creating a Customer “Log in” Profile; this allows us to send you information regarding your order.

Do you have Gift Certificates? Yes. Gift Card options are available in our store’s Gift Center.

What can I do when I create an account? As a member of the Highland Meat Farm website, you will be given access to monthly specials.  You can also go in and update your orders shipping date.

Where do you get your meat from? From our very own family farm.

How long can I store your products in the refrigerator and the Freezer? All of our products are individually vacuum packed to ensure top freshness. All Frozen Beef products can be safely stored in your freezer for up to 2 months. All Pork products can be safely stored in your freezer for up to 2 months. All Products should not be frozen for over 2 months.

What kind of packaging is used?
We use cardboard boxes with an insulated bag inside the box.
Are the meats government inspected?
Yes, all our products are government inspected. Everything we carry is either Provincially or Federally Inspected.
